About me

Welcome to Oneness with Sarah. I am Sarah a dedicated Yoga and Mindfulness practitioner passionate about helping you find a sense of balance in an often chaotic world.

My journey into yoga and wellbeing began back in 2002, long before I ever imagined teaching or coaching. At the time, yoga was simply something that helped me feel more balanced — a way to reconnect with myself when life felt busy or overwhelming.

Over the years, as I explored different styles and approaches, I realised just how profoundly these practices supported both my physical health and my emotional wellbeing. Working in healthcare for most of my professional life, I saw the same need reflected in others. So many people were carrying stress, tension and expectations that left little room for their own wellbeing.

I witnessed how small, consistent practices could make a meaningful difference and that sparked something in me — a desire to help people feel more grounded, more empowered and more themselves.

Discovering Dru Yoga was a turning point. Its therapeutic, holistic approach felt like coming home. It aligned with everything I believed about healing, movement and the mind/body connection and it inspired me to train as a teacher so I could share those benefits with others.

My coaching journey grew from a similar place. Supporting healthcare professionals with their development soon revealed deeper conversations about confidence, purpose and wellbeing. I realised how much I loved holding spaces for people to think, breathe and rediscover what truly matters to them.

Completing my Level 5 coaching qualification — and later my NLP diploma —gave me the tools to support that process in a deeper, more meaningful way. My “why” is simple: I want to create spaces where people feel safe enough to pause, reconnect and grow. Spaces where tension softens, clarity returns and possibilities open up. Spaces where you can come back to yourself.

Through Dru Yoga, Face Yoga and 1:1 coaching, I bring together everything I’ve learned — professionally and personally — to create supportive spaces where you can reconnect with yourself, release tension and move forward with greater ease. Whether you’re looking to feel more grounded in your body, soften stress, or make meaningful changes in your life, you’ll find practices here designed to help you feel calmer, clearer and more confident as you step into your next chapter.
